Summary
Tony Luca (Michael Biehn) is a tough, cynical police detective who plays by his own rules on the mean streets of New York City. But his world is thrown into chaos when he's forced to partner with Inspector Kim (Joong-Hoon Park), who has come from Korea to investigate a brutal slaying. As their investigation leads them deeper and deeper into the firestorm of an international gang war, Luca and Kim must put aside their differences not only to save the case...but just to stay alive
