Summary
In their darkest moments, Thurma and Kensho seek each other's guidance and companionship in the realm of Cinrah, the first Spark. They emerge from their tender reunion with renewed certainty regarding the fulfillment of their destinies: to protect and lead their peoples, no matter the cost. But The Fire That Stays is intent on turning all the Firelings of Mithra to ash, and the Branches infected with Skeksis metal threaten to overwhelm all of Thra. Thurma must join forces with the other Ember Queens to save Mithra from certain destruction-while Kensho wrestles with making the ultimate sacrifice in order to become a true leader of Thra. Written by Adam Smith (Long Walk to Valhalla) and gorgeously illustrated by Alexandria Huntington, Beneath the Dark Crystal Volume Three brings Kensho and Thurma's journeys to a thrilling and heartwarming conclusion
