Terry Howell is the Director of Strategic Alliance and Outreach programs for Military.com. Terry is a retired Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer. He last served as a career development advisor, where he provided career, finance, education, benefits and transition counseling to service members and their families. While at Military.com, Terry has worked with the Department of Defense to write the content for TurboTAP, the DoD's online transition assistance program.
