Summary
After thirty-five years of diligent searching, author Barry Ernest found Victoria Elizabeth Adams, a silent yet key witness in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Belittled by the Warren Commission, Adams vanished into obscurity - but what she saw may change all we thought we knew about the tragedy. This is the story about the journey to find the truth in the event that shaped our nation and the research that led the author to a dark opposition of history's official record. Adams worked on the fourth floor of the Texas School Book Depository and was on the back staircase of the building at the precise moment that Lee Harvey Oswald - according to the Warren Commission's account - was making his escape. However, Adams saw no one. Chronicled here is the author's search for Adams along with extensive research proving that Oswald was not on the sixth floor when Kennedy was shot. Also included in this narrative are the testimonies of Adams and other forgotten witnesses, which bring to light facts that force us to reconsider one of the most controversial and devastating assassinations of the twentieth century
